Photography became even more meaningful to me after losing my mom, because it taught me how powerful a single image can be when someone you love is no longer physically present. I learned that photos aren't just pictures, they're anchors to memories, voices, laughter, and moments that time can't take away. Picking up my mom's camera became a way to honor her, to hold onto connection, and a way to make sure people you love are always remembered in more than just stories.

That camera didn’t just open my eyes to memory; it opened them to the beauty in how we love each other. I have always been a sucker for romance—the quiet glances, the unscripted touches, and the kind of moments that feel suspended in time. Through my work, I now use the tools my mom gave me to help couples celebrate and preserve their most cherished connections.

Today, I’m proud to run Jessica M Cooper Photography LLC, a professionally registered photography business dedicated to providing Northwest Georgia with cinematic, moody images that capture the raw, deep connections of couples and engagements.
